SACRAMENTO, Calif., April 2026 — Skyline Technology Solutions has been selected by the California Department of Technology (CDT) to lead the end-to-end operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the State’s Middle Mile Broadband Network (MMBN), a statewide infrastructure initiative advancing broadband access and digital equity across California.
The MMBN expands high-speed connectivity to unserved and underserved communities and represents a foundational investment in California’s long-term strategy to deliver reliable, affordable broadband.
Skyline will deliver comprehensive network operations and maintenance services, including 24×7 monitoring, incident response, infrastructure management, and program coordination, in close partnership with CDT and their Third-Party Administrator.
Skyline’s proven operating model has been successfully deployed in large-scale, statewide network environments, delivering consistent performance across complex, geographically distributed infrastructure.
