Our Selection Process
At Skyline we work diligently to make great decisions in an open, trusting, and transparent environment. We believe no decision is more important to the success of our organization than WHOM WE HIRE. The primary goal in our process is for the candidate and the organization to have total clarity around whether or not a great fit exists. Our process is not designed for speed; it is designed for effectiveness through thoroughness and collaboration.
An overview of our process:
- Initial Phone Screen – To determine a basic fit, i.e., commute, travel, basic technical competency, compensation, etc.
- Cultural Interview – To determine if our values are in alignment with the candidate’s.
- Technical Interview – To determine the degree of the candidate’s ability to fill the technical needs of the role.
- Expectations Meeting – To provide the candidate clarity regarding all facets of the role and the organization, thereby affording the best opportunity to make a great decision.
