SKYLINE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, LLC offers deliverables-based information technology services (DBITS) through this contract (DIR-CPO-6252), specifically: Technology Category 1: Application Development, Maintenance, and Support, Technology Upgrade, Migration, and Transformation; and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); Technology Category 2: Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics, and Automation, including Data Warehousing; Technology Category 3: IT Assessments, Planning, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Market Research, Procurement Advisory, and Contract Implementation Services; and Technology Category 4: Project and Program Management. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. This contract is for services ONLY. No hardware or software products may be sold through a DBITS contract. Resellers are not available for this DBITS contract.

Application Development, Maintenance, and Support, Technology Upgrade, Migration, and
Transformation; and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Includes application development and support, legacy system modernization, technology migration and transformation, systems integration, data migration, implementation, documentation, training, and ERP-related services.

IT Assessments, Planning, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Market Research, Procurement Advisory, and Contract Implementation Services.
Includes IT assessments and strategic planning, enterprise architecture, cloud and network assessments, independent verification and validation, market research, requirements development, procurement advisory services, cost optimization, and contract transition assistance

Project and Program Management
Includes project and program management, business case development, impact and cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, stakeholder management, organizational change management, strategic planning, program assessment, and Agile development, training, and coaching.

Warranty:
All Skyline equipment installed as part of a new installation is warranted for parts and labor for one calendar year from the first day of beneficial use unless otherwise noted. All warranty work shall be performed during normal business hours of 8AM to 5PM EST Monday through Friday except State & Federal Holidays. It is our policy to exclude from coverage and/or support, any equipment that has been provided & installed by Skyline if that equipment has been serviced, altered, changed, upgraded or added on to, by any person or entity other than an authorized Skyline employee. Repairs made necessary by violation of this policy will be billable at prevailing rates. No additional warranties are provided for existing equipment utilized unless specifically included herein.
