Skyline is on the lookout for a Systems Engineer for our internal product team. You can be part of a growing product team that supports the operations of one the most advanced distributed video management ecosystems. We deliver a highly reliable, scalable, secure, and widely used real-time distributed video platform to our customers.

Core Responsibilities:
- Participate in deployments and upgrades of our distributed video products
- Provide remote and hands-on detailed system and networking support to customers
- Construct network and deployment architecture and design diagrams
- Troubleshoot customer deployment and production incidents
- Work with technologies such as Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes to automate tasks
- Collaborate with the development teams in a DevOps culture
- Develop a deep understanding of our distributed video products’ codebases
- Some travel (less than 5%) may be required in support of customer deployments
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-5 years of systems engineering experience
- Excellent communication skills – able to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficient with Linux
- Good understanding of IP routing technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in related degree program
- Certified AWS DevOps Engineer, Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies
- Experience with containerization technologies
